The total length of the Third Ring Road is 8 1.895km, the total length of newly built roads is about 53.095 km (including 8.6km for the reconstruction of the old 1 10 national highway), and the reconstruction of the new10 national highway is 28.8km. Two floors are planned for the whole line: the upper viaduct and the lower ground road. The upper viaduct is an urban expressway with a design speed of 80km/h, and the lower ground roads are urban trunk roads and urban landscape avenues with a design speed of 50 km/h. The overall section is a two-way six-lane viaduct, and the ground is a two-way six-lane viaduct with a cross-section form of (reserved BRT bus express passage)+non-motorized vehicle lanes (urban greenway).
