The copyright registration department of China Copyright Protection Center is responsible for the copyright registration of written works, oral works, music, drama, folk art, dance, acrobatic works, fine arts, architectural works, photographic works, film works, graphic works, model works and other works created by methods similar to filming, engineering design drawings, product design drawings, maps and schematic drawings, and other works as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Processing steps:

The applicant submits the registration application materials-the registration institution checks the receiving materials-notifies the payment-the applicant pays the registration fee-the registration institution accepts the application-examines-produces and issues the registration certificate-and makes an announcement.

4. Processing time limit:

30 working days after the registration institution accepts the application for registration. Where materials need to be corrected, the applicant shall complete the correction within two months after receiving the notice of correction, and the registration institution shall complete the correction within 30 working days after receiving the materials that meet the requirements.

5. Payment requirements:

When applying for copyright registration of a work, the applicant shall pay the fees in accordance with the regulations.

After receiving the payment notice, the applicant should pay the fee directly to the Finance Department of China Copyright Protection Center in copyright registration Hall of CPCC within 10 days, or remit the money through the bank or post office. If the registration fee is remitted, the name of the work and the application serial number should be indicated on the remittance slip.
