If there is any engineering quality problem during the warranty period, Party B must go to the site to deal with it on the day of receiving Party A's notice, otherwise Party A can handle it by itself, and Party B shall be responsible for the required materials, maintenance and management expenses, and Party A shall deduct the warranty money.

4. Remittance method: Party A only remits money according to the designated bank account provided in this contract.

Seven. Responsibility of both parties

1. Party A guarantees that the site within its responsibility will be vacated, and power and water will be cut off.

2. Party B must organize the construction in strict accordance with the quality requirements of this contract, ensure the quality, construction period and safety, and strive for high-quality projects.

3. Party B's construction team must strictly abide by Party A's rules and regulations, abide by the law and conduct civilized construction.

4. It is forbidden for non-Party B's construction team to enter the construction site.

5. During the construction period, Party B shall not damage facilities, equipment and articles other than decoration, otherwise Party B shall be responsible for compensation.

Eight. Party B shall take safety protection measures according to regulations. For safety accidents and quality accidents caused by Party B, Party B shall be responsible for the investigation and handling, and bear all losses caused by the accidents, and Party A shall not be responsible.

9. If Party B's construction quality is inferior, Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused. Party A also has the right to punish at 10% of the total cost of inferior projects. If Party A fails to pay the project progress payment to Party B according to the regulations, which affects Party B's construction progress, Party A shall be responsible for it.

Ten, according to the provisions of the construction contract, on the premise of ensuring excellent engineering, reward 1000 yuan one day in advance, and fine 1000 yuan every day in advance.

Eleven, any party violates the provisions of the contract, the two sides can not negotiate, resulting in disputes, according to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) contract law".

12. Other matters not covered and other problems in the construction shall be solved through negotiation and communication between both parties.

Thirteen. This contract is made in octuplicate, with each party holding four copies, all of which have the same legal effect. This agreement shall come into effect as of the date of signing and shall be terminated after all obligations of both parties are fulfilled.
