What causes lymphoma and how to prevent it?
Lymphoma is a kind of cancer originating from lymphoid tissue.
Lymphatic system includes lymphoid tissues and organs, such as spleen and tonsil, and also includes lymph nodes (a kind of white blood cells) and lentiform lymph nodes, whose function is to fight infection caused by bacteria.
Malignant lymphoma, also known as "lymphoma", is a malignant tumor originating from lymph nodes or other lymphoid tissues and one of the top ten common malignant tumors in China. The disease is more common in young and middle-aged people, with more male patients than female.
The disease can be divided into Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma according to its cell composition. Its malignant degree is different, which is caused by malignant proliferation of lymphoid tissue cell system, and mostly occurs in lymph nodes.
1) reason
1. Immunodeficiency such as AIDS, organ transplantation, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
2. Virus infection, such as HTLV virus, HIV, EB virus, etc.
3. Chemical carcinogens such as pesticides and hair dyes.
4. Others such as radiation exposure and treatment of Hodgkin's disease.
5. Long-term acidic constitution is a common cause of lymphocyte canceration.
2) Symptoms and manifestations
1. Lymph node enlargement
Lymph node enlargement is the characteristic of this disease. Painless progressive enlargement of superficial lymph nodes is often the first manifestation, especially cervical lymph nodes, followed by axillary lymph nodes, groin or pulley less. Hodgkin's disease first occurs in cervical lymph nodes, accounting for 60-70%, and the left side is more than the right side. Supraclavicular lymph node enlargement indicates that the lesion has spread, the right side comes from mediastinum or both lungs, and the left side often comes from retroperitoneum.
2. Signs of extranodal lesions
① Liver and spleen: Invasion of liver parenchyma can cause swelling. About 25-50% of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma involves the liver by biopsy, especially follicular or diffuse small splinter cell's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Spleen infiltration is mostly spread by abdominal lymph node lesions through lymphatic vessels.
② Chest: In non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, about 25% cases have pleural effusion, which may be caused by mediastinal involvement and lymphatic obstruction besides tumor infiltration.
③ Bone: Malignant lymphoma invades bone, which may have local tenderness and pathological fracture.
④ Skin: Specific skin lesions are more common in T-cell adult leukemia, Frebba's tumor syndrome or mycosis fungoides, with various manifestations, including lumps, subcutaneous nodules, infiltrating plaques, ulcers, papules and macules. , common in the head and neck. Herpes zoster is also found in Hodgkin's disease, accounting for 5- 16%.
⑤ Tonsils and oronasopharynx: 96% of lymphomas invading oronasopharynx are diffuse lymphocytic and histiocytic non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, which mostly occur in soft palate and tonsils, followed by nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, and less in nasopharynx and tongue root. Clinically, local tumors and submandibular lymph node enlargement can be seen.
⑥ Kidney: Kidney enlargement, hypertension and urea nitrogen retention, others are pyelonephritis, hydronephrosis, renal infarction and amyloidosis.
⑦ Nervous system: Patients with symptoms caused by central nervous system involvement are in line with 10% non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, especially diffuse lymphoblastic, small unclassified and large cell lymphoma.
⑧ Others: Lymphoma can still infiltrate the pancreas, leading to malabsorption syndrome.

8) Treatment method
The main treatment of lymphoma is chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and radiotherapy can also be used as appropriate.
Lymphoma is prone to enlargement of clavicle, armpit and inguinal lymph nodes. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy have no ability to distinguish normal cells from malignant lymphocytes, so they cannot be used as the only treatment, and can be assisted by traditional Chinese medicine. After malignant lymphoma festers, the wound is not easy to heal. Therefore, it is recommended not to use or use less external plaster to prevent ulceration.
Chinese medicine has better curative effect. Chinese medicine should not fight poison with poison.
9) diet should be avoided
1. Suitable:
① Eat more foods with anti-malignant lymphoma effect: toad, frog and taro.
② Water chestnut, taro, walnut, lychee, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, snail, tripe, cat meat and oyster should be eaten for swollen lymph nodes.
(3) If you have fever, you should eat tofu residue, figs, barley, mung beans, bitter gourd, zucchini and water snake.
Night sweats should be eaten with pig heart, sheep belly, oats, sorghum and tofu skin.
2. Avoid:
1 Avoid exciting drinks, such as coffee.
2 Avoid spicy food, such as onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, etc.
Avoid greasy, fried, moldy and pickled food.
Avoid cock, pig's head meat and other hair products.
⑤ Avoid seafood.
6 Avoid isothermal foods such as mutton, dog meat, leeks and peppers.

14) preventive measures
Research shows that:
1. weakly alkaline human body cannot form cancer.
2. Cancer can only form in acid body.
If you have cancer, your body is acidic.
Cancer can only spread in acid bodies.
If your body becomes weak and alkaline, cancer cannot spread.
6. If you can balance the pH of your body and make it weakly alkaline, no matter what cancer you have, it will change and be cured.
7. No matter how bad your condition is, even if you can only live for 6 months, if you can change the PH value of your body to weak alkalinity, your cancer will not spread and you will be fine.
8. Don't worry about your mother, father or anyone in your family getting cancer. As long as your body is weakly alkaline, you won't get it. If you already have it, it will change.
9. All cancers exist in acidic body fluids, nothing else. If your body is acidic, you will get cancer. If it is weakly alkaline, you won't get cancer. If you have cancer, as long as you can adjust your body's pH to weak alkalinity, cancer will leave you.
The secret of cancer prevention is very simple, that is, eating alkaline food often to prevent the accumulation of acidic waste, because the acidified body fluid environment is fertile ground for normal cells to become cancerous, and regulating the acid-base balance of body fluids is an effective way to prevent cancer.
① Develop good living habits, quit smoking and limit alcohol. Smoking, the World Health Organization predicts that if people stop smoking, five years later, the number of cancer patients in the world will decrease1/3; Second, don't drink. Alcohol and tobacco are extremely acidic substances, and people who smoke and drink for a long time are prone to acidic constitution.
2 Don't eat too much salty and spicy food, and don't eat overheated, supercooled, expired or deteriorated food; People who are old and weak or have genetic diseases should eat some anti-cancer foods and alkaline foods with high alkali content to maintain a good mental state.
③ Have a good attitude to cope with stress, combine work and rest, and don't be overtired. It can be seen that stress is an important cause of cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that stress leads to overwork and weakness, which leads to the decline of immune function, endocrine disorder and metabolic disorder, leading to the deposition of acidic substances in the body; Stress can also lead to mental stress, causing qi stagnation and blood stasis, toxic fire invagination and so on.
(4) Strengthen physical exercise, enhance physical fitness, get more sunshine and sweat, and excrete acidic substances in the body with sweat to avoid forming acidic physique.
⑤ People with regular life and irregular living habits, such as singing karaoke all night, playing mahjong, and going out at night, will aggravate physical acidification and are prone to cancer. It is necessary to develop good living habits, maintain a weak alkaline constitution, and keep all kinds of cancer diseases away from yourself.
6. Don't eat contaminated food, such as contaminated water, crops, eggs, moldy food, etc. Eat some green organic food to prevent diseases from entering the mouth.
10. In daily life, go to the physical examination regularly and always pay attention to whether your body has signs of brain cancer. If you have some reactions, you should find out the cause of discomfort. To diagnose brain cancer, you need to go to the hospital for a specific examination, look at your own blood test indicators, CEA, CA 125, and do MRI to diagnose it.
The diagnosis of malignant lymphoma includes two aspects: one is to determine the type of lymphoma, that is, to confirm it; The second is to determine the location and scope of the lesion, that is, clinical staging. Other examinations include blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, blood biochemical examination, X-ray examination, B-ultrasound examination, CT examination, MRI examination, lower extremity lymphography, 67Ga scanning, etc.
1 1. Drinking alcohol can reduce the risk of lymphoma. American researchers have found that drinking seems to reduce the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Nine studies conducted by researchers on 654.38+500,000 people from the United States, Britain, Sweden and Italy show that the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma among drinkers is about 27% lower than that of non-drinkers.
Lindsay Morton of the National Institutes of Health said: "Our comprehensive study on the risk of drinking alcohol and developing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma shows that people who drink alcoholic beverages have a lower risk of developing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma than those who don't drink alcohol."
This study found that drinkers' risk of developing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma will be reduced, regardless of the type of alcoholic drinks, the amount of alcohol consumed and the length of drinking.
Previous studies have shown that antioxidants in grapes, especially red grape skins, can reduce the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
But researchers found that drinking red wine or white wine can reduce the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
