1. The full name of this association is "Shell Picking" Photography Association, which is a school-level student organization composed of all photographers. Based on the principle of mutual learning and progress, the association aims to popularize photography knowledge and enrich after-school life. Two, the person in charge of the association is democratically elected by all members, and is examined by the Federation of College Students' Associations and reported to the Youth League Committee for approval. The term of office is one year. During the term of office, if there are irresponsible behaviors that affect the development of the association, members have the right to express their opinions, and they can be removed from their posts with the consent of more than two-thirds of the members.

Three, all members should pay the activity funds in accordance with the regulations, for carrying out various activities, and shall be managed by special personnel, and announce the use of funds to all members every year, and report to the Federation of Associations.

Four, members enjoy membership treatment during the school (except for withdrawal or cancellation of membership).

5. Members must attend the activities on time, and those who fail to attend the activities for three consecutive times without reason will be deemed to have given up their membership automatically (the membership fee will not be refunded). Those who can't attend the activity for some reason must ask for leave in advance. At the end of the year, members will be assessed according to their participation in activities, and activists will be selected and rewarded.

Six, all members should abide by the order during the activities, obey the management, take good care of the equipment, all members shall not use the name of the association to engage in illegal, disciplinary and other activities that damage the image of college students.

Seven, all members have the right to put forward opinions and suggestions on the activities of the association.

Borrowing rules of photography association book club

1. Only members can borrow books and periodicals. When borrowing, you should consciously show your membership card and fill in the borrowing registration form as required.

Two, the borrowing period of books and periodicals is two weeks, each person is limited to borrow two books at a time, and the borrower must return them within the borrowing period. If they fail to return it twice, their borrowing qualification will be cancelled.

Three, the borrower should carefully keep the borrowed books and periodicals, if there is any serious damage or loss, should consciously compensate according to the original price.

4. Members are not allowed to borrow books from others. When returning the book, you may not replace the original book with other books and periodicals. Once discovered, their borrowing qualification will be cancelled.
