Copper transfer photography

The principle of pad printing is that the pattern to be printed is made into an intaglio by means of photo-plate-making, and then transferred to the printed object through a special silicone printing head, and special ink can be prepared according to different materials of the product to ensure the quality. The process of pad printing machine is divided into the following four points: 1. Use a brush to evenly cover the ink on the steel plate. 2. Scrape off the excess ink with a spatula. 3. The printing head descends to the steel plate to absorb the ink in the pattern. 4. The print head moves and descends until the product covers the pattern. The pad printing machine is suitable for plastics, toys, glass, metals, electronics, sporting goods, stationery, optics, IC packaging and other industries. Scope of application of pad printing machine: printing ruler, pen, ball, doll eye, watch, camera, hair dryer shell, ceramics, medical equipment, racket, audio tape, electronic parts, ic, CPU, DRAM, computer shell, keys, decorative signs, mobile phone shell, etc.

The so-called screen printing is to carve a screen printing plate and then print it, which is very simple. PE relief means carving a copper mold first. If the pattern is a color, pour the rubber material in and come out. If it's multi-colored, it's a little troublesome.

There are four kinds of printing: plane printing, letterpress printing, gravure printing and screen printing.

Among these four types, printing paper is the most common one for plane printing.

Simply put, relief printing and gravure printing are two kinds of seals;

Screen printing covers the widest range and can print most of the substrates of the first three, which is also the most common. Although I don't know much about it, look around, such as the letters on the keyboard, the words on the display, the patterns on the T-shirt, the pictures and texts on the container and so on. , all using screen printing.

Screen printing is actually screen printing. Simple screen printing is to stretch a screen (very honey) on a frame, then coat it with photosensitive glue, then use sulfuric acid paper to laser output the pictures and texts to be printed, put it under the screen and print it with exposure lamp (for a few minutes), and finally use blisters. There will be no photosensitive adhesive in the parts that need to be printed, and there will still be photosensitive adhesive in other parts that don't need to be printed, that is, ink leakage and no ink leakage. This method is printed by hand. Once you have mastered it, print some simple things, such as umbrellas, T-shirts, printed calendars, cylindrical containers, flat metal, etc. If you don't have silk screen printing there, you can develop the market. The cost of a screen printing plate is only a few dollars (because it can be reused), and the printing price can be determined according to the market. Generally, printing a thing is a few cents or a few dollars, depending on the price of the substrate.

What is thermal transfer printing? It is a special printing method to print any photos such as portraits and landscapes on color inkjet paper with thermal transfer ink, and then heat them to a certain temperature in a few minutes with thermal transfer equipment, so as to transfer the colors of the images on the paper to materials such as porcelain cups, porcelain plates, glass, metals, plastics and clothes realistically. Its main feature is that the transferred image is bright in color and rich in layers, and will not fall off, crack or fade, which is suitable for small batch production. It can be used in personalized product making, prepress printing, advertising sign production, clothing hot stamping and other related industries.
