Geographical location of Huawei's terminal headquarters

Judging from the location of Huawei's terminal headquarters, Songshan Lake has the best ecological resources and transportation facilities. This area is the core area of Songshan Lake, occupying the best ecological landscape resources of Songshan Lake. A large area of Huawei's terminal headquarters is adjacent to Songmushan Reservoir, next to Songhu Flower Sea, the essence scenic spot of Songshan Lake, and surrounded by top luxury residential areas in Dongguan.

In terms of transportation facilities, all four plots are on one side of the road around the lake, and there is a high-speed highway in the east. The location of Huawei's terminal headquarters is designed for education and scientific research. According to the plan, Huawei's terminal headquarters covers an area of1266,667 square meters, with a building area of 633,333-1kloc-0/334 square meters, and the green space rate is greater than or equal to 40%. According to the plan, Huawei's terminal headquarters will invest about 654.38+000 billion yuan to mainly develop R&D, sales and value-added services related to all terminals such as mobile phones. The overall land use includes two modules: the R&D office center of the terminal company and the high-end training center.

In the first phase of Huawei's terminal headquarters, the largest plot of 1 1,000 mu will be built first. Different from the previous general project planning, this project adopts the mode of one-time planning and phased construction. The first phase is planned to start plot No.4 (as shown in the figure), with an area of 60.34 hectares (1 1,000 mu). As can be seen from the planning map, plot No.4, located in the north of Huanhu Road, covers an area of 1 000 mu, which is the largest of the four plots and the only plot without a lake. After Huawei's terminal headquarters settled in Songshan Lake, the radiation-driven effect was obvious, attracting more than 30 upstream and downstream supporting projects and driving more than 100 enterprises. Huawei plans to merge some procurement, R&D, pilot test and sales businesses into Juxin Company, and plans to move the R&D business of the new energy sector to Songshan Lake, mainly including communication power supply, new energy, energy storage and intelligent management. The annual output value of Huawei's terminal headquarters is estimated to be $654.38+000 billion.
