The Shandong University of Science and Technology Student Science and Technology Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Science and Technology Federation) is a school-level student organization that independently carries out student science and technology innovation work under the direct leadership of the Youth League Committee. The University Student Science and Technology Federation currently has five departments: office, supervision department, external relations department, publicity department, and technology department. The departments are introduced as follows:

1. Office: Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the internal charter of the Union of Science and Technology, regulating the relationship between departments, supervising the work of each department and the management of property .

2. Supervision Department: Responsible for contacting the Science and Technology Innovation Department (Science and Technology Union Department) of each college and science and technology societies, guiding and supervising the science and technology innovation activities of science and technology student organizations and societies affiliated to the Science and Technology Union, and creating a strong Campus scientific and technological innovation atmosphere.

3. Propaganda Department: Responsible for publicizing the overall image of the Union of Science and Technology, and is a window for the outside world to understand the Union of Science and Technology.
