Chengdu Art Vocational College is a comprehensive full-time general higher vocational college directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, featuring design major. At the beginning of 1999, the School of Design and Art of Sichuan Normal University was jointly established with Sichuan Normal University. In 2002, with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, Chengdu Art Vocational College was formally established to recruit higher vocational students for the whole country.
