A200 and Jinbei 400C are out of sync

Look at the maximum sync speed of your camera. It is usually 1/200 second. If it is higher than this, the camera will ignore you, you know? The synchronization speed cannot be high, so in studios most people have to use a tripod, both because of the slow speed and to ensure picture quality.

There are many ways to reduce the exposure of the picture:

1. Lower the ISO. Set it to 100 to make the image sensor less sensitive.

2. Adjust the power of the shadow lamp

3. Add CPL

4. Add a medium gray density mirror to reduce the light

5. The flash angle changes and the reflected light is used to supplement the light

6. Increase the distance between the light and the subject, and the intensity of the light will attenuate as the distance increases.

7. Equipment for adding and subtracting light in front of the lamp, such as multi-layer soft light panels.
