Altitude of Capadocia

Capadocia is more than 800 meters above sea level and has a continental climate. It's very cold in the morning and evening, only two or three degrees, which is ten degrees lower than Istanbul. Cappadocia is about 260 kilometers away from Ankara, the capital of Turkey, and is located in the central plateau of Anatolia.
