Who should be responsible for the maintenance of the facilities during the lease period?

It is the lessor's legal obligation to inspect and maintain the leased house in time. Unless both parties agree in the contract that the lessee shall undertake the maintenance obligation, the lessor has the obligation to inspect and maintain the house to ensure that the house meets the purpose agreed in the contract.
