Detailed description 1. Power cable transmission and distribution system. The performance of PVC insulated power cables with AC rated voltage of 0.6/ 1KV and cross-linked polyethylene power cables below 35KV produced by our company not only conforms to GB 1276 and IEC60502 and IEC60840 standards, but also forms a series of flame retardant, fire resistant, cold resistant and waterproof power cables. In the series of flame retardant products, oxygen isolation technology has been successfully applied. Not only the 0.6/ 1KV PVC insulated and XLPE insulated flame-retardant power cables can reach Grade A in GB/T 12666.5 "Test Method for Burning Bundled Power Cables", but also the rated voltages are 6/ 10KV and 8.7/ 15KV XLPE. On the basis of crosslinked polyethylene insulation and high flame retardancy, a low-smoke halogen-free high flame retardant oxygen-proof power cable is developed, and its low-smoke halogen-free performance meets the national standards GB/T17651.2 and GB/T 17650. 1.2. In this way, the overall level of the company's cross-linked polyethylene power cable is lower than the domestic leading position. The fire-resistant power cable produced by our company is copper core cable with rated voltage of 0.6/ 1KV. We can also produce low-smoke halogen-free fire-resistant power cables and high-flame-retardant oxygen-insulated fire-resistant power cables, and their fire resistance meets GB/T 12666.6 "Test method for fire resistance characteristics of wires and cables". Therefore, the overall performance of fire-resistant series power cables is excellent and reliable. The water-blocking performance of fire-proof cable conforms to IEC502-2 standard. 2. Single-core armored cable is only used for DC system. If it is used in AC system, it should be armored with non-magnetic materials. 2. According to user's requirements, we can produce all kinds of five-core cables with 0.6/ 1KV circular conductor structure or sector conductor structure. Four. Matters needing attention in power cable installation, use characteristics and operation and laying conditions 1. Precautions for power cable installation: Keep a distance of 2m when the cable is installed in parallel with the thermal pipeline, and keep a distance of 0.5m when crossing. When cables are laid in parallel or cross with other pipelines, a distance of 0.5m shall be maintained. When the cable is directly buried, the buried depth of 1-35KV cable shall not be less than 0.7m, and when the cables below 10KV are laid in parallel, the mutual clear distance shall not be less than 0. 1m and 10-35KV shall not be less than 0.25m;; The cross installation distance shall not be less than 0.5m, the cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃, and the bending radius: multi-core cable ≥ 15(D+d), single-core cable ≥20(D+d), (d is the cable outer diameter and d is the conductor outer diameter). Cable connectors of 6KV and above: ① When installing the cable terminal, the semiconductor electric shielding layer must be peeled off, and the insulation must not be damaged during operation, so as to avoid uneven knife marks. If necessary, grind it flat with sandpaper; The shielding end should be flat and the graphite layer (carbon particles) should be removed. (2) The copper shield and steel sheath at the end of plastic insulated cable must be well grounded, and this principle should also be followed for short circuit to avoid accidents such as induced electromotive force at the end of steel sheath and even "fire" and sheath burning during three-phase unbalanced operation. The grounding lead requires our tinned braided copper wire. When connecting with the copper tape of cable, it should be welded with ferrochrome. It is not advisable to seal with a blowtorch to avoid burning insulation. (3) The three-phase copper strip shield shall be connected to the ground wire respectively. Note that the shielded ground wire and the armored ground wire should be led out separately and insulated from each other, and the welding ground wire should be positioned as far as possible. Basic requirements for cable ends and intermediate joints: a. Good conductor connection; B. The insulation is reliable, and radiation crosslinked heat shrinkable silicone rubber insulation material is recommended; C. good sealing; Sufficient mechanical strength to adapt to various operating conditions. The end of the cable must be used to prevent the corrosion of water and other corrosive substances, so as to prevent insulation aging caused by water stop trees and breakdown. Crane or forklift must be used to load and unload cables, and horizontal or horizontal transportation is strictly prohibited. When installing a large cable, a cable car must be used to prevent the cable from being damaged by external force or scratched by manual dragging. If the cable cannot be laid in time for some reason, it should be stored in a dry place to prevent sun exposure and water from entering the end of the cable. Note: The installation of wires and cables should be carried out by installers or full-time technicians who are familiar with the performance of wires and cables. If there are still unclear matters, please consult the relevant technical department or the technical department of our factory. 2. Operating characteristics and laying conditions of cables Rated voltage 0.6/ 1KV PVC insulated power cable ① Long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor: ≤70℃ ② Highest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest duration is less than 5S): 160℃ ③ After cable laying, it should be able to withstand DC voltage of 3.5KV/ 15min without breakdown.
