The opening ceremony of Ruyang Rhododendron Festival is April 25th, 2023.

Ruyang generally refers to Ruyang County. ? Ruyang County belongs to Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is located in the west of Henan Province, in Funiu Mountain area in the west of Henan Province, on the upper reaches of the Ruhe River in the north, 74 kilometers away from Luoyang City. It is the birthplace of Dukang wine, a famous historical wine in China, and is known as the "hometown of wine ancestors" in history.
