How to draw the shadow of a big tree?
Preparation materials: watercolor paper, black marker, liquid watercolor paint or watercolor pen (blue, black, gray), white marker.
Step 1: Use a pen to mark the two middle lines of the length, width and edge of the paper with dotted lines. The function of dotted line is to make beginners draw lines on paper more accurately. After the work is finished, these dotted lines will be covered and disappear when colored. Draw three irregular line segments under the paper, and each line is superimposed on the previous line segment, which is regarded as uneven ground.
Step 2: On the line segment of step 1, draw two straight lines with narrow top and wide bottom as trunks, and draw trunks of three trees.
Step 3: Draw branches of the tree from the trunk to the left and right. The branches closer to the trunk are thicker and thinner at the end, and the branches on each tree grow differently.
Step 4: Color the trunk and branches with a black watercolor pen and let them stand to dry.
Step 5: Draw a big circle between the paper and the tree as the moon.
Step 6: Draw a straight line from the trunk to the bottom of the paper as a tree shadow. Because it is the shadow of the tree in the moonlight, the angle of the straight line is different.
Step 7: Color the tree shadow with a gray watercolor pen and let it stand to dry. Use a blue marker to color the upper part of the line segment of step 1 and the outer part of the tree. This is the sky. Finally, draw the line segment of step 1 into a thick line with a black marker, and then draw dots between the sky with a white marker as snowflakes.
Optical phenomena in nature;
1. Light travels in a straight line in the same substance (strictly speaking, it is a homogeneous substance).
2. When light strikes the surface of an object, part of the light is reflected back, which is the phenomenon of light reflection.
3. When light is obliquely incident from one substance to another, the propagation direction will be deflected, which is the phenomenon of light refraction.
4. When the light beam passes through the inhomogeneous medium, some light beams will deviate from the original direction and spread dispersedly, and light can also be seen from the side, which is called light scattering.
The clear sky is light blue because the atmosphere scatters sunlight. The rising sun and the setting sun are red, because in the morning and evening, the sun passes through the atmosphere with a great inclination, and the atmosphere it experiences is much larger than that at noon.
