Li Guiping, born in 1970, has a bachelor's degree. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shanxi Art Vocational College, the Fine Arts Department of taiyuan normal College and the second advanced class of Beijing Modern Gongbi Painting Academy. He is currently the Secretary-General of Shanxi Artists Association, the director of China Artists Association, the director of China Gongbi Painting Society, the vice chairman of Shanxi Flower and Bird Painting Committee, the vice chairman of Shanxi Gongbi Painting Association and the member of the 9th Youth Federation of Shanxi Province.

His works have participated in the National Exhibition of Chinese Painting, the First Tomb-Sweeping Day National Exhibition of Fine Arts, Calligraphy and Photography, the National Artists Association's candlelight-stationed cadre exhibition, the National Invitation Exhibition for Nomination of Female Artists, and the Fenhe Painting Exhibition of 100 painters. His works won the second prize in the 13th, 14th and 15th Shanxi Art Exhibition, and won many awards in national exhibitions such as Ink and Wash Focus-China Artists Entering Bahrain Art Exhibition. His works have been published in newspapers and periodicals in provinces and cities, and have been compiled into more than 20 volumes of paintings in the whole country and inside and outside the province.
