In violation of the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Military Facilities, the personnel on duty of the military facilities management unit shall stop them under any of the following circumstances: (1) illegally entering the military restricted zone or the military administrative zone; (2) Illegally photographing, videotaping, recording, measuring, measuring, depicting or describing the military restricted zones and military administrative zones; (3) engaging in activities that destroy or endanger military facilities.
