ATA carnet is an international customs document, which was specially created by the World Customs Organization for the temporary import of goods. The ATA carnet system has established a unified international customs clearance procedure for temporarily imported goods, which enables temporarily imported goods to enjoy customs clearance facilities such as duty-free import and filling in domestic customs declaration documents in various countries with ATA carnet.
