Lijiang Xingping impression

This is my fourth visit to Yangshuo. Every time I take a boat trip to the Lijiang River, I am happy to go home, thinking that I have finally seen all the mountains and rivers here. Last year, I had a leisurely tea chat with my friends by the Lijiang River, and my life was very pleasant. I found a good hotel by the Lijiang River that day, but I didn't have much time to go to Xingping every time, and most of them came and went in a hurry.

My husband and I are not going to go too many places this time. After staying in the hotel opposite Yuanbaoshan, we decided to stay here. Even if you don't go out, looking at the misty rain that changes from time to time outside the window, drinking tea in a daze is also a very enjoyable thing.

Mr. Wang is a man with strong planning. He collected some information in advance, so he came prepared. In fact, I also know that for three consecutive days, it was heavy rain, heavy rain and light rain. Since I came here deliberately for this misty rain, I have no sense of loss, but I am glad.

The girl at the front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic. Seeing that I was always staring at the rain outside the door, I thought there was melancholy in my eyes, and she told me intimately not to worry. It is said that last year, due to the simultaneous release of water from the three major reservoirs in Guilin, the flood rose to the steps of the hotel. Of course, the government will definitely inform everyone before releasing water.

You can go to the island by boat with 5 yuan money from Xingping Wharf and walk around the island's historic camphor tree twice in the rain. Although there is no feeling of covering the sun, the person standing in front of it is still very small. The local people told me that after a thunderstorm split a big branch of the old camphor tree last year, the old camphor tree in 1600 was reduced by one third, and that branch was bought by a foreigner for 69 thousand.

Two consecutive days of heavy rain suddenly made the Lijiang River, which is usually soothing and warm, a little impatient, but there were no fewer luxury cruise ships on the river. Compared with these big ships from Guilin, the cruise ship docked at Xingping pier is obviously much simpler, and the original plan to relive the past time by cruise ship was abandoned.

The sound of raindrops hitting the bamboo forest is very clear and rhythmic, and the long forest path stretches into the distance. If it is sunny, this beautiful forest can be compared with the scenic spot of the movie "House of Flying Daggers".

Not far from the other side of the river are the scenic spot on the back of 20 yuan and Jiuma Painting Mountain. Mountains are connected with water, and water is backed by mountains. Countless magnificent ink paintings and oil paintings are displayed in front of us. No wonder the painter Xu Beihong once said that "the beauty of Yangshuo lies in Xingping".

Back at Xingping Wharf, the owner of the parking lot asked us when to drive away and whether to stay here for the night. I took it for granted that the boss was afraid that we would occupy the parking space for too long, but he said, "If you stay here for the night, you have to leave your contact information so as not to flood the parking lot!" It turns out that people mean well. When I returned to the dock again, the trestles in many places were flooded.

Xingping ancient town is located on the east bank of Lijiang River, where Lijiang River turns around and leaves. There are not many ancient buildings in the ancient town, such as blue bricks and black tiles, horse-headed walls, cornices, painted buildings and carved windows, which have typical characteristics of folk houses in northern Guangxi during the Ming and Qing Dynasties and have a history of nearly 500 years. The ancient stage should be the best preserved building. Touching the colorful city walls, you can still appreciate the charm of "the old street is long and Gu Xiang is deep". Drama is like life, and life is like drama. Looking at these "horns" that once had a good time, I don't know where to go now.

I stopped for a long time in front of Zhao's silver house. The shop is full of all kinds of silverware, both fashionable and classical. There are many silver ingots at the door, which are called "drying money". The glittering silver is heavy in my hands. The proprietress greeted us warmly, even though she knew we wouldn't buy anything. The friendliness of the people in the ancient town is really fascinating.

Ho's beer fish is an online celebrity shop, which is highly recommended by the receptionist. The store is located in the alley of the ancient town, and its style is very similar to that near Shuhe ancient city in Yunnan, some are trendy and some are unpretentious. The ingredients in this shop run by the couple are all produced by themselves. There are not only foreign tourists with various accents, but also many locals who come to eat. The key is that it tastes really good.

Playing photography in Yangshuo, without the participation of drones, is definitely a lack of height, and there must be many surprises. Of course, it must be a bold artist who dares to fly here, otherwise it is likely to blow up the plane. After our drone flew over several mountains, its obstacle avoidance function declined and it flew backwards. As a result, it hit a mountain from 100 meters.

According to the locator, Mr. Wang finally found it in a bamboo forest halfway up the mountain under the guidance of kind locals. The probability of getting the drone back on such a high mountain is actually quite low. It is no exaggeration to describe the mood at that time with ecstasy. After going down the mountain, this 60-year-old man was polite to us and took him back to the hotel to get money for a long time.

When going upstairs to withdraw money, the old man insisted on waiting outside the door for fear of polluting the hotel floor. The hotel owner kindly invited him into the room and handed him a cup of boiled ginger tea. The shy smile of the old man makes me feel that people in Yangshuo are so enthusiastic.

I was so careless that I fell from the lost surprise to the lost abyss. When I learned that the memory card would never be found again, I sat alone in the entrance aisle with no love on my face. It's heartbreaking. Some mistakes are really irreparable!

"Exceptions" always surprise people in subtle ways. From 8: 30 pm to 9: 30 pm, you will receive a thoughtful greeting from the front desk, "We have prepared free good night syrup for you in the lobby, today's syrup (sweet potato balls and black bean jelly)". Food seems to be very effective in healing injured people, especially chatting with people with stories. Drinking tea can calm people down. The hotel owner is a beautiful woman with great affinity. Chatting with her at breakfast, I found out that she didn't open a homestay for living or simply to make money. Just because she traveled to Xingping with her friends, she fell in love with this place and the scenery here.

People often say that one side of the landscape supports one side, and Xingping people have forgotten both things and me because of their long-term cultivation of this side of the landscape. Their awe and love for the environment make the mountains and rivers here not only spiritual, but also human. My husband and I are hopelessly in love with it.

1. If you choose to go to Xingping on weekends, it is recommended to take the high-speed train and arrive in 3.5 hours. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which takes 15 minutes.

2. If you have enough time, you can choose to drive by car. It takes about 7.5 hours from Changsha to Xingping, and the road conditions are not bad.

From mid-May to mid-June, Uncle Shui can take you to see fireflies, which is very spectacular.

The scenery in Xingping has nothing to do with the weather. The sun is shining, there is a stunning sunrise waiting for you in Xianggong Mountain, and the rain is the interpretation of the warmth of Lijiang River.

If you want to shoot the mirror of the sky, you have to pay attention to the conditions of the hotel when choosing a hotel.
