How did PS dig out the picture?

Ps dig out the picture steps are as follows:

1. Open Photoshop, click File > Open, and select a picture to prepare for matting. Or drag the picture directly to the editing area.

2. Click "Quick Select Tool".

3. Click the mouse in the area to be cut and drag the mouse until the dotted line covers the pattern to be cut.

4. Press and hold the keyboard "Ctrl+j" at the same time to copy the layer.

5. Turn off the background view option.

6. Click Save. This solves the problem that PS will cut the picture.
