Synopsis: From a brightly lit metropolis to a sparsely populated mountain forest; From the vast prairie to the deserted desert Gobi; From mountainous areas with perennial snow to endless plains; From the vast land to the blue sea and blue sky ... China, an ancient and magical land, contains a variety of landforms, nurtures children of all ethnic groups, and also breeds all kinds of exotic beasts and flowers. This time, through the lens, we went to visit the beautiful wonders scattered on this land. Go along the Yangtze River valley to see the strange rocks and forests created by karst landforms; Go to the tropical rain forest in Yunnan and look for Asian wild elephants and Yunnan golden monkeys; Come to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, go to Inner Mongolia grassland, climb mountains and overlook the western border. This film is the first joint production of CCTV and BBC. It took four years to shoot, and advanced photography techniques such as aerial photography, infrared, high speed, time delay and underwater were adopted. Six episodes, respectively, are rich South China, south of colorful clouds, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Great Wall, the land of dragons, and the noisy coast.
