Whether to go to the public security bureau for filing depends on whether there are requirements in local laws and regulations.

According to the relevant regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the owners and individuals of civil drones with a maximum takeoff weight of 250g and above in China need to register their real names. Otherwise, it will be regarded as a violation of laws and regulations, and the regulatory authorities will impose penalties in accordance with relevant regulations.

If the drone you buy weighs more than 250 grams, it is recommended to comply with relevant laws and regulations for real-name registration. Among DJI aircraft, only the mini-series aircraft weighs less than 249 grams, so there is no need for real-name registration.

When purchasing a new aircraft, you need to register your real name in the UAV real name registration system according to relevant regulations.

When using drones, please confirm the following scenarios:

1. For the newly purchased UAV, please register your real name in the UAV real name registration system in time;

2. Before the flight, understand the local no-fly zone and drone management policies. If there is a control area, please communicate with the control unit in advance;
