Are paper models copyrighted?

"Copyright Law"

Article 3 The works referred to in this law include works of literature, art and natural science, social science, engineering technology and other works created in the following forms: < /p>

(1) Written works;

(2) Oral works;

(3) Music, drama, folk art, dance, acrobatic art works;

(4) Art and architectural works;

(5) Photographic works;

(6) Film works and works created using methods similar to filmmaking;

(8) Computer software;

(9) Law , other works stipulated in administrative regulations.

Article 4: Copyright holders shall not violate the Constitution and laws or harm the interests of the public when exercising their copyrights. The state supervises and manages the publication and dissemination of works in accordance with the law.

Article 4 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Copyright Law" means the following works in the Copyright Law and these Regulations:

(13) Model works refer to works for display, testing or observation, etc. Purpose, three-dimensional works made according to a certain proportion according to the shape and structure of the object.
