Deposit method

1. A down payment is required when booking the timetable. Cash, Alipay or bank transfer are all acceptable.

2. Pay the deposit. We don't promise the schedule verbally, and the reservation of the schedule is subject to the signing of the contract with the deposit. Guests can pay a deposit in the studio or remit money through the bank. Please contact the consultant to get the account number. For a one-day set, the deposit is 30% of the full amount. The deposit is not refundable. Please make a reservation after careful consideration.

Please keep the remittance voucher and contact customer service in time.

3. Communication before shooting. Fuzhou local guests, about a week in advance, make an appointment in advance to come to the studio to choose clothes. At the same time, please store your favorite style of modeling pictures in your mobile phone for easy communication and understanding. Foreign guests usually go to the studio one day in advance to choose clothes and communicate. If we communicate, the staff in our studio will communicate with the photographer on behalf of the makeup artist.

Shooting day

1. We will call or QQ the day before shooting to inform the shooting time of the next day. In order to have more time to take pictures of you, please arrive at the studio on time!

2. Pay the balance of shooting on the morning of shooting. Valuables are kept by the guests themselves; Xia Ling Photography only accepts cash for the time being, please understand.

(PS: If you need to change the shooting time, you must inform the photographer in Xia Ling one week in advance. If the shooting time can't be changed according to the newly agreed time, our studio will deduct your deposit according to the following ratio: 50% deposit for less than one week, 100% deposit for less than three days. This is also extremely important for parents! If the shooting is temporarily cancelled without authorization on the day of shooting, the schedule is invalid)

Film selection

About a week after shooting, we will inform the guests to come to the studio to choose films. Foreign guests choose the film the day after shooting. You can leave Fuzhou after choosing a film, and other communication matters will be conducted on QQ. We won't dig out the consumption trap for you, which is also our most annoying business trick! We just want to choose a movie that suits you better. What we care about is good reputation and your most pertinent evaluation. )

post production

The photos of all your friends were selected by thousands of people. Later designers will carefully design. Please don't worry. One photo album, the production cycle is about 40 days after film selection, and two photo albums, the production cycle is about 50 days after film selection. If the wedding date is particularly urgent, it can be expedited, and you need to pay the album courier fee. 200 yuan is the courier fee for one album and 400 yuan is the courier fee for two albums.

Finished product extraction

After the finished product is made, we will inform you to collect the photo album from Xia Ling Photo Studio and enlarge the finished product. Customers who are inconvenient to pick up the goods in person can pick up the goods through friends or express delivery. Customers who need express delivery, foreign customers, please leave your address accurately, and we will mail it to you when all the finished products are ready, and the mailing expenses will be borne by you. Foreign customers should open the product inspection in front of the delivery staff when receiving the goods. If it is damaged in the mail, please do not sign for it. Please call us immediately so that we can help you ask the logistics company to pay the fee. )
