What's the name of the local opera in Baotou?

The local opera in Baotou is called Errentai.

Errentai is a folk opera in Hetao area, commonly known as "playing tricks". During the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, it developed on the basis of Mongolian songs and Sixian, absorbing folk songs and dances in Hequ area of Shanxi Province. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, there appeared a small vocational class of two-person platform in Tumochuan area. At first, the role of Errentai was ugly only once, embellishing various roles in the form of "touching hats", and then further developing into a folk drama playing fixed figures.

The art of Errenzhuan is widely welcomed by the masses, and it is circulated among the masses: there are endless gold threads and vegetables, and I enjoy playing cherries, visiting the sick and going out. I haven't eaten for three days to see Bai Lingdan (Fan Ercang). I would rather not wear embroidered shoes than take a look at Huo Cunzhu's money. If there is no horse riding on the "rubber skin", you should also look at Guan Quanxi; Zhu Yinquan, Liu, throwing ugliness is really prosperous and so on. However, before the founding of the People's Republic of China, the artists of Errentai had a low social status and lived in poverty. Most of them make a living by selling art and begging for food. In addition, their singing content is vulgar and discriminated by gentry, mainly for rural farmers. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Shanba Chamber of Commerce had a duet band, which played the Lantern Festival on the 15th day of the first month and the river lantern on the Zi Yuan Canal on the 15th of July every year, adding charm to the countryside.

Some traditional programs of Errentai are based on major local events, such as "playing tricks on one's back" and "going over mountains and mountains". The other part is developed on the basis of folk songs, such as "Walking West", "Five Brothers Grazing Sheep" and "Playing Liancheng". Some of them were transplanted from other places, such as Luoyang Bridge, The West Chamber and Down the Mountain. The content of the Errenzhuan program reflects the miserable life of the working people, exposes the decay and darkness of the society at that time, praises the innocent love and beautiful vision of the working people for a happy life, expresses their love for life and nature, and expresses historical events. The form of duet is short and pithy, some are duets and some are duets. The music of Errentai is full of Hetao folk songs. The lyrics of Errentai are full of the charm of Hetao Mountain Climbing Tune. The dialogue of duet is mostly humorous and vivid cross talk, proverbs and two-part allegorical sayings widely circulated in Hetao area. Therefore, the unique charm of Hetao duet has been formed. The masses praised: "native, rich in materials, with a local accent"; "The duet is really booming, and every sentence is sung to our hearts"; "I love singing since I was a child: duet, singing until my hair is white" and so on.
