1 Physical photography: take photos of the diseased parts, surgical specimens, treatment process, etc. Commonly used macros.
2 image photography: the image of microscope and fluorescent screen, including the reproduction of X-ray film, the former needs special equipment.
X-ray photography: including plain film, tomography, wave recording, CT and other photography, which has nothing to do with what we are talking about.
Medical special purpose is X-ray film and infrared film, which is very different from general film.
X-ray machine is a large format camera, and some SLR bodies installed on biological microscope, electron microscope and endoscope are equipped with photometry, which is very convenient to use. Many of these airframes are modified from Olympus OM series, with special interfaces, and are generally equipped with cable release. When photographing the patient's body surface lesions or surgical procedures, you only need to use a common camera, and pay attention to running out and protruding the lesion.
The imaging effect depends on the lens of microscope or endoscope. Endoscope is the site of Olympus, and microscopes are divided into Leica, Zeiss and Olympus. The photos taken are all things like cells and tissues, which can't be taken by general camera lenses.
Among them, the medical film is monochrome film. The black-and-white film we use is full-color, which can sense various colors of light, but it is slow for green, so dark green light can be used in the darkroom. Monochrome films can use red light as safety lights. And its sensitivity is low.
Biological microscope is used to photograph tissue embryos or pathological specimens. The process is simple and fixed, embedded in paraffin, sliced, pasted, stained, observed and photographed.
X-ray fluoroscopy is just one of them, commonly known as X-ray irradiation, chest x-ray, and the use of medical fluoroscopy machine. The wavelength of X-ray used in medicine is about 0.00 1 to 0. 1nm. The ability of X-rays to penetrate matter is related to the energy of X-ray photons. The shorter the wavelength of X-ray, the greater the photon energy and the stronger the penetrating power. The penetration of X-rays is related to the density of matter, and the matter with high density absorbs more X-rays and transmits less. Low density has less absorption and more transmission. By using the property of differential absorption, bones with different densities can be distinguished from soft tissues such as muscle and fat, and internal tissues can be imaged and analyzed to help diagnosis.
