1930, Golden University began to introduce and translate educational films produced by Kodak in the United States for teaching. 1934 entrusted by the China educational filmmakers association and suggested by Cai Yuanpei, Wei, president of the school of science, started filming educational films in China. Later, Wei was very busy, and this matter was handed over to Sun, who was appointed as the deputy director of the Education Film Department.
