or the note from the foreign embassy or consulate in China;

6. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ has the right to refuse to issue visas and documents to foreigners in accordance with the law, and has the right to revoke or declare invalid visas and documents that have been issued.

7. For those who apply for a residence permit for the first time, the Exit-Entry Administration Department must interview the applicant and conduct legal publicity.

8. The time limit for approval and issuance is 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the application.
