The reason why the camera image in the notebook is reversed is that the Windows automatic update program updates the wrong driver from the network. Use the PID code of the camera to download and install the correct driver from official website (please completely uninstall the camera driver in the notebook before installation).

Please follow the following steps:

(1) First, please right-click [My Computer]/select [Management]/enter [Device Manager];

(2) Then, in Device Manager and USB2.0 Camera (note: there may be similarities and differences in the names of notebook cameras of different models), right-click the device name and select Properties in the menu that appears;

(3) Click [Details] in "USB2.0 Camera Properties" to find the PID number as shown in the attached figure;

(4) According to the PID code and machine model, is it available in official website? Find the correct driver.

(5) Before installing the correct driver, please completely uninstall the camera driver in the following two ways.

A. Uninstall the camera in Device Manager, and then restart the notebook.

B uninstall the camera driver in the control panel, and then restart the notebook.
