PS and AI are not clear. What about resolution? Some of them are the highest, and they are still blurred after saving jpg.

There are two kinds of pictures, bitmap and vector.

Ps is a bitmap pixel making software, but it can include vector path, vectorized text and so on. By exporting, vector paths in ai format are generally exported.

Vector path has no concept of resolution, only bitmap, such as jpg, tiff, psd and other formats have the concept of resolution. Resolution is related to image quality. The higher the resolution, the denser the unit pixels and the clearer the image. But this pixel is not artificially interpolated, which can improve the definition.

If you save it as a bitmap, the resolution of 300 will not be blurred, but you should pay attention to the size and resolution, and you can't change it in the future. If you change it later, you need to refill the graphics to be clear.

And jpg format attributes; The compression method is usually destructive data compression, which means that the image quality will be damaged visually during the compression process ... So as long as Photoshop images are saved in jpg format, the images will be distorted no matter how high the pixels and good the quality of the files are.

It is recommended to save in TIF file format, but the file will take up more storage space, which is 3 times that of GIF image and 10 times that of corresponding jpg image. This format is very popular with professional photographers because it is undistorted.
