After the bacon is slowly fried in the oil pan, add buckwheat white and stir-fry until fragrant, and then add sauerkraut and Chili sauce to continue stir-fry (because bacon and sauerkraut have salt, add salt after serving). Add chicken essence, cooked sesame seeds and water starch, thicken and take out. Otherwise don't add too much water. The fillings can be matched according to your own preferences. You can fry dried fish with sauerkraut, pickled buckwheat, or dried vegetable head with meat foam.
4. Brush the oil on the electric baking pan: pour the rice paste in step 2 into the electric baking pan, heat both sides for about 12 minutes, then take it out, oil it with both hands, smooth it, knead it into a jiaozi-sized agent, and press it into a round dough like a dumpling wrapper, but this is simpler than rolling the dumpling wrapper. Put the rice balls on oiled paper, cover them with a layer of oiled paper, and press them upward with a flat pot cover to form Ai. Put down a piece of Amy's peel, put the stuffing in the middle of the peel with the other hand, fold it in half, and pinch the periphery with your fingers, and a mugwort will be ready.
