How much is the free travel in Beijing for seven days and six nights?
Accommodation: I suggested staying at the Second Ring Road a few days ago. It is recommended to live near Qianmen subway station. The surrounding facilities are convenient. You can watch the flag being raised and walk there. For example, the Great Wall in the suburbs can choose to stay in a nearby hotel.
Qianmen: Xianyukou, Dashilan and other famous hutongs are all in this street. There are many time-honored brands and Beijing specialty snacks here.
Transportation: Beijing suggests taking the subway. Although there are many people, it is really convenient and the price is super reasonable.
Tips:
1. Most scenic spots with student ID cards can enjoy a half-price discount.
2. Most museums and scenic spots are closed on Monday, so make reasonable arrangements in advance.
Timetable:
Day 1: Yuanmingyuan, Tsinghua University
Tsinghua: It's better to enter from the west gate. You can rent a campus bike, which is convenient and labor-saving.
Recommended tour route: Tsinghua West Gate-Lotus Pond Moonlight-Shui Mu Tsinghua-Auditorium-Tsinghua School-Gate 2-Tsinghua West Gate.
Note: You don't need tickets, but you need to book online in advance (official account of WeChat: visit Tsinghua). The peak season is one week ahead of schedule and the off-season is a few days ahead of schedule.
Yuanmingyuan: Exit B of Yuanmingyuan Station of Metro Line 4 (it is recommended to buy a joint ticket, and the famous "Dashui Law" must be visited)
To tell you the truth, I'm a little disappointed. It's big inside and will eventually arrive at the scene. The glory at that time was looted and burned by the British and French Coalition forces, just a pile of stones.
Note: Tsinghua Peking University Yuanmingyuan Summer Palace is located in 1 area. If you are strong enough, you can visit together. It's too big. We will divide it into two parts.
The next day: ditan park Fang Jia Hutong Yonghe Palace Wudaoying Hutong.
Lama Temple: the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Beijing. Incense is distributed free of charge, and photos of Buddha statues in temples are not allowed.
Ditan park: The largest existing altar in China, a public leisure park now on the road.
Fang Hutong: One of the famous hutongs in old Beijing. Well-preserved, a few shops are not fully developed.
Wudaoying Hutong: It is a small and fresh hutong block. (less than 800 meters. It is not recommended to go on purpose. Very commercial. )
Day 3: Jingshan Park, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.
Tiananmen Square: The famous scenic spots in the center of Beijing include the flag-raising ceremony, the Monument to the People's Heroes and the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall. (See the next chapter for flag-raising ceremony strategy)
Forbidden city:
Subway 1 Line Tiananmen East Station
Also known as the Forbidden City, it is the most complete and largest ancient wooden structure complex in China and even in the world, and is known as "the first of the five palaces in the world".
There are many special strategies in the Forbidden City. I can't put it here, so I won't write it. )
Jingshan Park: 2 yuan/person
The back door of the Forbidden City (Shenwumen) faces the south gate. Cross the road and go in.
Located on the central axis of Beijing, it is the royal garden of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
Ps: The "Wanchunge" overlooking the downtown area of Beijing is the best place to have a panoramic view of the Forbidden City. There are many people when the weather is good (especially at sunrise and sunset). If you want to find a good shooting angle, you should go early. Very beautiful. I suggest that you must go.
The elevation of the park is not high. It only takes 5- 10 minutes to get up.
Day 4: Nanluoguxiang, Shichahai, Gongwangfu and Tiantan
Temple of Heaven: a special altar for the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties to pray for rain and harvest.
Gongwangfu: The best preserved Wangfu complex in China, which was originally the residence of Little Shenyang, experienced a historical process from its peak to its decline in Qing Dynasty. It is said that "a Gongwangfu is half of history of qing dynasty".
Shichahai: It is named after the original ten Buddhist temples around it. In addition to a large and beautiful lake, many historical sites such as celebrities' former residences and palaces are scattered among them, and Shichahai Bar Street is also quite lively.
Nanluoguxiang: one of the oldest blocks in Beijing, the only traditional chessboard residential area with the largest scale, the highest grade, the richest resources and the most complete preservation in China.
Peking University: Ishii University, the first national comprehensive university in modern China (ps: Except the southeast gate, other gates are only open to teachers and students. They will check the appointment on the official WeChat account in advance and visit Peking University. )
Day 5: Peking University Summer Palace
798 Art Zone: the former state-owned 798 factory and other old factories in the electronics industry, the combination of idle factories and modern art, and the art distribution center in Beijing.
Sanlitun Taikooli: a landmark of Beijing's fashionable life (Sanlitun is also a scenic spot where famous street photographers are stationed)
Bird's Nest: the main stadium of Beijing Olympic Games.
Water Cube: the main swimming pool built for the Olympic Games.
Day 6: Taikooli Olympic Park in Sanlitun, 798 Art District (Bird's Nest/Water Cube)
Badaling Great Wall: An important part of Wan Li Great Wall, it is a great defense project in ancient China. You are not a hero without the Great Wall.
Ming Tombs: Same route, Ming Taizu Mausoleum in China. You can go and have a look if you are interested.
Day 7: The Ming Tombs of Badaling Great Wall
1. Qingfeng Steamed Bun Shop: Beijing's old commercial chain stores just punch in, which is not cost-effective.
2. Any small shop on Zhahe River is delicious.
3. Sugar-coated haws: The thieves of sugar-coated haws spread by Shenwumen are delicious.
4. Qianmen Snack Street: Bean juice: The famous bean juice still took a bite and died on the spot.
5. Four Seasons Enriching the People Palace Museum: The landscape of the Forbidden City can also make duck rack soup delicious! Five-star recommendation personally feels better than Quanjude.
6. Donglaishun: Beijing Hotpot
7. Kui Zhang: Sesame cakes are fine.
8. Crab Yellow Bag: Do you recommend it?
9. Dou Xian Cake: It's delicious and spicy! Be sure to try the purple potato. Perfect for handwritten letters.
The food in Beijing is amazing, not only the authentic traditional Beijing food, but also many impressive local specialties. There are many snacks, which are suitable for the tastes of tourists from different regions. The key is to be more selective.
