3. Article 91 of the Labor Law stipulates: "If an employer deducts or delays the wages of workers without reason, the labor administrative department shall order it to pay wages and economic compensation to the workers, or may order it to pay compensation."

4. According to Article 85 of the Labor Contract Law, the unit is required to pay you extra compensation according to the standard of more than 50% 100% of the payable amount.
