Introduction:

1980, JV and tracking expert Ermont Mhlongo tracked and photographed a female leopard in Rondolozi Nature Reserve. They call it Manana, which means "mother" in Shangaan language. Mother is the common name of this female leopard. JV has been with her for 14 years, and recorded her 19 children, some from birth to death.
