In order to build a fair selection and employment platform, according to the Municipal Personnel Bureau’s "Zunyi City Public Institutions Public Examination Recruitment of New Staff In accordance with the provisions of the "Trial Measures" and in conjunction with the 2009 new personnel plan issued to our unit by the Municipal Editorial Committee, we have specially formulated a brochure for the recruitment of professional and technical personnel for the unified public examination of our station.
1. Organizational Leadership

Announcers are not limited to college or above with nationally recognized academic qualifications. Male announcer and host must be 170cm. 1 person.

3. Applicants must be dignified in appearance and speak standard Mandarin. Those who do not have a Mandarin proficiency certificate must take a Mandarin proficiency test before the interview. Only those who meet the standard of Level 2 B or above can participate in the interview.
4. The physical condition must meet the requirements of the recruitment position. The physical examination standards refer to the "Guizhou Provincial Department of Personnel and Guizhou Provincial Department of Health's Issuance of the "General Medical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (Trial)" (Qian Renfa [2005] No. 4).

IV. Registration and Qualification Review
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: September 19, 2009 - September 23, 2009 .
2. Registration requirements:
(1) According to the published recruitment conditions and requirements, you must bring the corresponding certificate when registering. The original and a copy of the certificate must be provided. (Others can register on your behalf with relevant copies, but I must provide the originals of the above documents when taking the exam).
(2) Submit 2 recent one-inch photos with white background and front face without hat. For online registration, electronic document photos (JPG format) are required.
(3) In-service personnel must submit an application certificate approved by the unit and the competent bureau.
(4) Registration fee: 60 yuan.
3. Registration method and location:
Candidates must prepare the required documents according to the registration conditions, qualifications and requirements, and go to the Zunyi TV Station Office (8th Floor, Xiangjiang Building, Daxing Road) Sign up on site.

(2) Qualification review
The staff responsible for registration will conduct a qualification review based on the personal information filled in by the candidates, and compare the registration conditions and the qualifications required for the filled position.
(3) Issuance of Admission Ticket
The time and place for issuance of the Admission Ticket will be notified to the candidates by the Admissions Office at the time of registration. (Proof of household registration with photo of the applicant) issued by the applicant.
5. Exam
Broadcasting and hosting work is a special professional skills job. This recruitment will be conducted through an interview (professional skills test) and then a written test. The scores will be based on a hundred-point system. Calculation, and the interview score must reach 60 points before entering the written test. The interview score (professional skills test) accounts for 70% of the total score, and the written test score accounts for 30% of the total score.
For out-of-town candidates who register to take the exam, if they pass the interview and enter the written test, our station will be responsible for reimbursing the transportation expenses.
1. Interview
Before the interview, a Mandarin proficiency test will be organized for those who do not have a Mandarin proficiency certificate (specific arrangements will be notified separately). The number of qualified applicants for each position must reach 1:3 or more before interviews can begin. The interview time and location are subject to the "Admission Ticket". Interview content (professional skills test): The interview will be conducted by an interview evaluation team composed of municipal personnel, radio and television authorities, television stations and related professionals, and will be conducted in the form of on-site simulation hosting, on-site interviews and on-site defenses (the specific content will be set by the examiner on-site).
2. Written test
After the interview, the candidates who will enter the written test will be determined from high to low according to the interview score of each position in a ratio of no more than 1:6. If the interview (professional skills test) scores of candidates applying for the same position are tied at the bottom, they will enter the written test at the same time. The time and place of the written test are shown on the "Admission Ticket". Candidates must hold both the original valid "Resident Identity Card" (or the household registration certificate with a photo issued by the public security authority in the place of residence) and the "Admission Ticket" before entering the examination room to take the written test.
Written test content: mainly includes political theory and policy, basic legal knowledge, practical writing, professional ethics, basic knowledge of public institutions, basic knowledge of broadcasting and hosting, etc.
Total score calculation method:
Total score = interview score × 70% + written test score × 30%
3. After the professional skills test and written test, The candidate with the first overall score will enter the physical examination and political examination. In the event of a tie in terms of total scores, the winner will be determined by the one with the higher score in professional skills.
4. Results Announcement
After the candidates’ scores are summarized and ranked, a list will be announced and published on the Zunyi Personnel and Talent Network.

p>6. Physical Examination
The physical examination personnel will be determined in a 1:1 ratio from high to low based on the number of recruitment positions and the total test scores.
After the results announcement period expires, the physical examination personnel will be organized to go to the hospital designated by the Municipal Personnel Bureau for physical examination in strict accordance with the regulations and procedures of the physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Personnel and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Health on Issuing the "General Physical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (Trial)" (Qian Renfa [2005] No. 4). Within 5 working days after the hospital confirms the conclusion of the physical examination, the unit will notify the applicant of the unqualified items in the physical examination. If the applicant is found to be unqualified for the first time, he/she must apply for it, and it can be reexamined with the approval of the Municipal Personnel Bureau. The cost of the physical examination shall be paid by the candidates themselves.
If a person fails the examination during the break, he or she will be replaced in descending order from those who entered the written examination.
7. Assessment (political review)
From among those who have passed the physical examination, the candidates for assessment (political review) will be determined in equal order from high to low according to the recruitment position quota and comprehensive examination scores. After the hospital confirms the conclusion of the physical examination, in accordance with the personnel management authority, the assessment (political review) object will be assessed on the ideological and political, moral character, professional ability, work performance, integrity and whether it is necessary to withdraw, etc., and at the same time review its application qualifications and write Issue an assessment (political review) report and inform the subject of the assessment (political review) results of the assessment (political review). Accept the guidance and inspection of the municipal recruitment and examination office on the assessment of candidates.
If one of the following circumstances is found during the assessment, the candidate’s qualifications for employment will be canceled according to management authority and upon approval by the Municipal Recruitment Office:

8. Public announcement
Those who pass the professional skills test, written test, physical examination, and assessment (political review) will be identified as the personnel to be hired, and a seven-day public announcement will be made on the Zunyi Personnel and Talent Network , accept social supervision. If there are any objections to the proposed personnel during the public announcement period, the Municipal Personnel Bureau or the Municipal Radio, Film and Television Bureau will investigate according to regulations.
9. If any disputes arise in any aspect of the admissions process, the Zunyi Municipal Public Institutions Recruitment Leading Group Office will provide handling opinions.
10. Handle employment procedures
If the announcement result of the proposed personnel does not affect the employment, the unit shall report it to the Zunyi Municipal Radio, Film and Television Bureau and Municipal Personnel Bureau for approval according to regulations, and handle the employment procedures. According to Relevant regulations clearly specify the probation period and sign a probation period contract for employment in public institutions.
11. Disciplinary Requirements
The assessment work is carried out strictly in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and adheres to the "three disclosures" of open recruitment conditions, open recruitment procedures and open recruitment results.
