The common faults of this model will have this problem.
Look at the focus mode you are setting now. Single focus for shooting still objects. If the light is dim, it will pull the bellows if it is out of focus.
AF-S single autofocus is used to shoot still objects, and half shutter camera focuses once. Because the focus is locked, press the shutter to shoot.
AF-C continuous autofocus is used to shoot moving objects, and the shutter camera can be released at any time for continuous focusing.
AF-A automatic servo autofocus camera automatically judges the mobility of the subject and selects AF-S AF-C mode.
