Liu Qihou, pen name Lao Hou, 1944, is from Liuduzhai Town. He served as the deputy of Longhui County People's Congress for three consecutive years and the member of the Fourth Longhui County Political Consultative Conference. He used to be the director of Taiwan Province Work Office of Longhui County Committee of CPC. Since 1980, hundreds of photographic works have been published in hundreds of publications at home and abroad, such as People's Daily and People's Pictorial, and won national awards 17 times. 1999 visited western Europe with the delegation of China folk photographers and attended the preparatory meeting of the United Nations World Folk Photography Federation.
