What are the times and places when the negative image and positive image processes were announced?

In 1835, Talbot took his first photographic paper negative, which was only 2.5 square centimeters in area.

Hearing that the Daguerreotype would be announced publicly in Paris, Talbot feared that he was using the same method as Daguerre. Therefore, on January 25, 1839, he announced his negative-positive image process to the Royal Academy of England, and publicly displayed the photos he produced using this photography method.
