Details and skills of PPT image processing

In PPT, we always add some pictures to increase the visual degree of the page, and pictures can also play a positive role in layout and enhance the intuition. But many people often put pictures in PPT spontaneously, which is actually inappropriate.

The details mentioned here do not refer to the alignment and size correspondence of pictures, which we will talk about later, mainly for small points that are easily overlooked in picture processing.

1. Up and down position relation

A generally, when listing multiple characters, we should pay attention to putting the high-ranking ones above and the low-ranking ones below. In a similar situation, the elders are above and the younger generation is below; Teachers come up, students come down and so on.

B It's impolite not to put food above people when there are people and things.

C. the example here means that the relationship between the upper and lower positions usually takes into account the actual situation. The above example is that the sky is above and the sea is below. This is common sense in life. In a similar situation, pay attention to putting pictures of the sky on it.

2. Positioning of characters

A. When there are people in the page, generally speaking, the orientation of the people should be towards the inside or center of the page, but in the above example, the people are facing the outside of the page, which is not appropriate.

It would be more appropriate to change it to this.

When two characters are placed on the page, as shown in the above example, this is not appropriate. Because this page doesn't give people an atmosphere of conversation, it is much more appropriate to exchange the left and right roles, as shown below.

Of course, this does not mean that it has to be like this. Usually when people speak, it is more appropriate to put it in the opposite direction. However, people with backs have their own performances. For example, when people have different opinions, putting them behind can properly show the situation of different opinions.

3. Image reduction

The pictures inserted in PPT often need to be appropriately cropped, but this cropping is not arbitrary, and the left side as shown below is not suitable.

In this picture, the cutting of the figure on the left is so arbitrary that a part of the figure's head is cut off. Although the facial expressions of the characters are still preserved, it is impolite to cut them at will. It should be as shown on the right, and complete details should be left on the left.

4. The internal alignment of the page

When placing multiple pictures on the page, please pay attention to the internal alignment of the pictures.

This picture is shown by the red line, and the coastline in the two pictures is misplaced, so the visual effect will be worse. When typesetting, pay attention to align the coastline inside the picture, as follows

This kind of alignment is actually to link two pictures, and the whole page forms a whole.

Similarly, when placing multiple pictures, pay attention to internal alignment, for example, when the pictures of flat land and grassland are juxtaposed, pay attention to alignment along the horizon; When multiple heads are side by side, pay attention to the alignment with the eyes of the face as the baseline. Of course, at this time, it is often necessary to scale and crop the picture properly. Wait a minute. The brain should be regarded as the most frequently used tool, but can you really use a computer? Practical computer skills give you an extremely interesting new computer experience in the simplest and clearest way.
