The computer doesn't know how to get rid of such a green shadow on the desktop. Just restart this piece and it will turn into a small green web page.

Right-click My Computer, left-click Properties, Advanced, Settings, then click Settings in Performance, select Custom in the Visual Effects tab, then check the item "Use shadow for icon labels on the desktop" and confirm.
