College was established in April 2002 with the approval of Shandong Provincial Department of Education. In June 2005, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as an independent undergraduate college. In August 2005, Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to merge Liaocheng Education College and Liaocheng Teachers College with a history of 100 years into Dongchang College of Liaocheng University, so as to realize complementary advantages and optimize resource allocation.

Sixteenth college admission rules are formulated according to the principle of voluntary setting and filing admission in each province. For the provinces where parallel volunteer is implemented, the relevant provinces' investment regulations shall be implemented, and the investment shall be accepted according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following the will". When there are not enough candidates who fill in their volunteers for the first time, they will be admitted from high score to low score (follow-up). For the provinces that have not implemented parallel volunteer, according to the principle of "voluntary priority, from high scores to low scores", the candidates with the first choice will be admitted first, and when the candidates with the first choice are insufficient, the candidates with subsequent volunteers will be admitted.

Seventeenth general (liberal arts) major admission, according to the principle of "scores first, follow the voluntary", the candidates will be ranked from high to low, and then the admission major will be determined according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates. For candidates with the same results in the college entrance examination, if the principle of ranking determination is stipulated by the place of origin, it shall be followed; If the principle of ranking determination is not stipulated, the literature and history category will be admitted in turn according to Chinese, foreign language and mathematics scores; Science and engineering students are admitted according to their scores in mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese.

When the candidates' filing scores can't meet the professional wishes, if they don't obey the professional adjustment, they will be dismissed; If the candidates are adjusted professionally, they will be adjusted from high to low according to the candidates' scores, and the enrollment plan is not completed. In 2020, the college will continue to enroll students by major categories, and candidates can apply for the exam according to the announced major categories or majors.

In Inner Mongolia, our college adopts the admission rule of "queuing up for admission according to professional volunteers in the enrollment plan 1: 1".

Article 19 The admission of art majors shall be conducted according to the relevant documents of each province and the way published in the college enrollment brochures. (1) Shandong Art Undergraduate: Above the cultural admission control score of Shandong Art Undergraduate, the candidates who have entered the file, such as art (including design and animation), radio and television director, film and television photography and production, are ranked according to the comprehensive scores of the unified examination, from high score to low score; Candidates majoring in music performance and dance (teachers' class) are sorted according to their scores in the joint entrance examination, from high score to low score. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores (professional scores of the joint entrance examination) will be admitted from high scores to low scores according to the results of cultural courses in principle.

(2) Foreign Art Undergraduate in Shandong Province: Above the cultural admission control score line of the art undergraduate in the province where it is located, the candidates of music performance, dance (normal class), art (including design and animation) who have entered the file are sorted according to the scores of the professional unified examination (the provinces that use comprehensive grading are sorted according to the comprehensive scores), and they are admitted from high scores to low scores. Candidates with the same scores (comprehensive scores) in the professional unified examination will be admitted from high scores to low scores in principle according to the scores of cultural courses.

(3) Shandong Film and Television Animation Institute: Above the cultural admission control score line of Shandong Art Institute, the candidates who enter the file are sorted according to the comprehensive scores of the art examination, from high score to low score. At the time of admission, if the comprehensive scores are the same, in principle, students will be admitted from high scores to low scores according to the scores of cultural courses.

Twenty-first provinces (cities, districts) candidates choose college entrance examination subjects, according to the relevant provisions of the provincial admissions department.
