Lao Lai's photography is fun.

When people are old, everyone wants to have a good living environment and a little hobby to make life interesting. Besides reading and writing, I like photography best. Photography made my old age interesting and exciting, and my life became better.

After retirement, I once invited my friends to travel to the south. I saw many tourists press the shutter to take pictures of Guilin landscape and Shilin scenery as souvenirs. I am very envious. I immediately bought a camera at a tourist attraction and began to learn photography.

Photography is an exquisite instantaneous art. Photographers should be witty and think about how to design patterns, use light, choose angles and highlight themes. Mastering these basic knowledge mainly lies in practice. When I first started to learn photography, I suffered a lot and spent a lot of film. Finally, I learned something. The photos I took for centenarians were published in the local newspaper and the China Annual for the Elderly. When I personally delivered the newspaper to a centenarian, she was overjoyed and said happily, "I took a photo for the first time in my life and even made it into a newspaper, which I never dreamed of." The old man is happy, and my heart is sweet.

Photography can cultivate people's thoughts and sentiments, exercise their bodies and broaden their horizons. Photography should go to nature and observe the beauty of nature; We should go deep into society, experience life, appreciate humanistic customs and capture people and things that appear instantly. It takes effort to take a good photo. I once went to the mountains to take a picture of a centenarian. The old man is ill in bed, and the indoor light is dim, so it is difficult to take an ideal photo. I went there three times in a row. For the last time, I asked her son to carry the old man. When she smiled, I pressed the shutter and picked up the camera. This photo has a good effect, which not only reflects the spiritual outlook of centenarians, but also reflects the son's filial piety to the elderly. It's killing two birds with one stone.

Photography can make friends and enhance friendship. When I first started to learn photography, I bought some photography books and did it while learning. Later, I gradually realized that self-study alone is not enough, and someone needs to teach and learn from each other's technological progress. So I invited a few friends who like photography as a guide and often got together to exchange practical experience. When you are free, go out to travel and collect wind, go to nature to shoot and appreciate the magnificence of the mountains and rivers of the motherland and capture the beautiful scenery. One summer, several of us went with the tour group to see Hukou Waterfall. As soon as we got off the bus, we were attracted by the sight of Ma Benteng's vast sea of smoke and thousands of troops. Countless huge thunder rumbled in the sky: the surging Yellow River rolled forward, meandered forward, the river gradually narrowed, and was gathered by steep stone walls, just like a dragon hovering over the land of Shanxi and Shaanxi ... Hukou Waterfall is spectacular, beautiful, beautiful! We stood on the commanding heights and chose a platform, opened the camera shutter to shoot as much as possible, and the beautiful scenery of Hukou Waterfall came into view.

After more than ten days of sightseeing, I captured beautiful pictures. The famous mountains, rivers, scenic spots and historical sites of the motherland have left my footprints, and I really feel the true feelings and fun of the world that "people who travel all over the green hills are not old, and the scenery here is unique".

After many years of retirement, I devoted more time to public welfare activities-taking pictures of the elderly and centenarians. Every year in Zichuan District, as long as there are centenarians, I go to take pictures of them. Has been insisting on 13 years, * * * took 150 photos of centenarians. I also had a heart-to-heart talk with the old people, asking them to introduce the way of health preservation and longevity experience, and write a manuscript with photos and publish it in newspapers and magazines. Promoting centenarians with photography not only reflects their mental outlook, but also improves the health level of the masses. I also enjoy it.
