Hangzhou AY Parent-child Public Welfare Speech Club launches its first offline meeting

After intense preparations, our Persistence Planet Hangzhou team opened the first Hangzhou AY Parent-Child Charity Lecture Club on a warm autumn afternoon on October 21, 2018, on the bank of the beautiful West Lake. Offline activities.

Thanks to every member of the Hangzhou team for their selfless dedication, and to Doudou Mama for providing us with such a warm and elegant venue.

First of all, the club president Jennifer gave us an overview of the club. Hangzhou AY Parent-Child Public Welfare Speech Club is the 8th offline club of Persistence Planet. It is mainly positioned as a public welfare speech platform for parents and children who want to improve their speech skills. AY refers to accompanying you, accompanying you. Let the parents accompany their children, the children accompany their parents, and the club accompany you. Witness together, parent-child practice, improve your speech skills together, and enhance the parent-child relationship.

Then we brought a mysterious gift to the audience. This is the blessing video sent to us by the four kings of Perseverance Planet, the five young players, the seven major spokespersons, and all the friends of Perseverance Planet who care about the development of the club, led by Brother Long.

Then, Yiran’s mother led all the parents and babies to start a wonderful ice-breaking session. Everyone gathered in a circle, holding hands with each other, shouting out their names and characteristics, and other partners present responded enthusiastically. Through this link, everyone went from strangers to familiarity, and each other's names and characteristics were deeply impressed. Then, the child and parent stand face to face, mirroring each other and imitating each other's movements. The children showed off their talents, some danced, some sang, and some imitated, and the atmosphere instantly became lively. Through the ice-breaking session, we narrowed the distance between each other and stimulated the children's interest and enthusiasm.

After the ice-breaking session, Yiran’s mother briefly introduced the series of youth speech courses of Perseverance Planet to everyone, so that everyone could have a more comprehensive understanding of our youth speech project.

Then came the most exciting and anticipated parent-child reading competition of this event. Every parent and mother present bravely stepped onto the stage with their children and fully showed themselves! There are poetry recitations, rhythm enlightenment, imitation shows, speeches, and various programs. After the reading competition, two professional speech coaches, Junzai and Yiran’s mother, gave professional and detailed comments to each participating pair of parents and babies, allowing everyone to discover their own strengths and weaknesses, and also give Everyone provided very effective suggestions on how to further improve themselves. At the same time, we have also prepared rich prizes for everyone.

Finally, we selected the first, second and third place winners of this reading competition.

At the same time, an exciting lottery session was also held, and every adult and child who came to the scene got their own precious gift.

At the end of the event, we invited every parent who participated in the event to come on stage to share their thoughts and suggestions about the event with us. Everyone fully affirmed our activities, expressed gratitude to Persistence Planet and our friends for their efforts, and hoped that there would be more opportunities to participate in our club's activities in the future.
