The villa is located in the residential area of Oaxtepec area with beautiful scenery. To the north is Tepozteco Mountain, and to the south is the expressway leading to Haciendas de Yautepec. To the northeast of the site is the magnificent Tepozteco Mountain scenery. After the natural light is filtered by the building components, the indoor light is very soft. The light and shadow of the walls and ceiling make the room full of life.

The form of the villa matches the beautiful environment, so that every space with curved surface inside the building can get the most suitable climate and landscape conditions, create good ventilation conditions and keep cool in summer. Due to the terrain of the base, the swimming pool is located at the same elevation of the street. Other parts of the villa adopt the middle elevation.

Different floors of the villa have different functions, the upstairs is the bedroom, the downstairs is the public space and entertainment space, and there are traffic links between the upstairs and downstairs. Different functional spaces are in a transparent space, so the inner and outer spaces can penetrate and flow with each other.

The front of the villa looks light and slender, as if there is only one body floating in the living room and dining room. With the change of viewpoint, the feeling is different, and the form appears formal and rational.

Different functional spaces are in a transparent space, so the inner and outer spaces can penetrate and flow with each other.
