Osgb format of Mars3D

Open Scene Gragh Binary is the full name of OSGB, where Binary means binary. At present, the tilt models produced in the market, especially the 3D model data of tilt photography processed by ContextCapture Cente, are generally organized in OSGB format with binary storage and embedded link texture data (.jpg). We can use some tools to convert osgb to 3dtiles format and use it in the platform.
