I often see Japanese food or bars called "Xi linen". What does this mean?

Ximabu is a place name in Tokyo. The specific location is in the port area of Tokyo. There are embassies of many countries and many high-end residential areas near Ximabu, so there are many high-end restaurants and nightclubs in Ximabu. The Xima seen by the landlord is actually the same as the names of some Japanese bars or restaurants called Shinjuku or Ginza.
