How to shoot with a soft light box? Do you want to connect the camera?

In general, it is impossible to use the camera's built-in metering system to flash in the external studio, because if you want to use the camera's metering system when using the flash, you must be able to pre-flash the flash. Did you notice whether the camera flashed several times before taking pictures?

General studio lighting can't do this.

The standard of light metering in a photo studio is to use a "hand-held exposure instrument" (you can have a gray card, but you don't).

But if the lighting conditions are fixed, it is very easy to adjust. I don't know the brightness of your lamp, so I suggest "trial and error"

Note that "aperture value" and "aperture size" are inversely proportional, and the aperture value is used below.

1) start from f/5.6 with manual gear; Starting from1125

Pure flash photography is only useful for aperture. As long as the shutter speed does not exceed the highest synchronization speed (generally between1125 and 1/250, it is generally marked in red, and there will be a black belt if it exceeds this speed), it will be overexposed if it is too slow.

2) If it is overexposed, increase the F value (reduce the aperture); If it is too dark, lower the F value (aperture).

Forget the depth of field.

3) The aperture value can't be adjusted to the maximum, indicating that the light is too bright, and the brightness is reduced or pulled away; On the contrary, increase the brightness or move closer.

4) Once the exposure result is satisfactory. Check the aperture value again. Generally, it will have a better comprehensive resolution around f8~ 1 1. If the adjusted aperture value is not within the above range, you want to adjust it.

5) If the aperture value is greater than the target value, and the table is too bright, dim the light or move away; On the contrary, the light is on or moving closer.
