After a Fei, the person in charge of video shooting, realized that I should not only provide the material needed for video; How to shoot a video, what to shoot and what to edit it into must be conceived in your mind in advance.

The more you know, the more time is tight and the task is heavy. Before the video shooting, I spent a whole day writing 5000 words of publicity materials. According to the requirements of the promotional video, I spent a day writing a revised draft of 2000 words.

On the third day, about 50 scenes were conceived for shooting, and finally more than 30 highlights were used. On the fourth day, I helped my boss to write the dubbing draft needed for the video, and completed the supporting audio recording that night.

In the next two or three days, I began to shoot the materials needed for the video. I used cameras, SLR, drone aerial photography and other equipment to gather a dozen or twenty colleagues, changed several sets of clothes, used three cars, went in and out of dozens of offices, dug out dozens of equipment props at the bottom of the wardrobe, and performed various scenes. Fortunately, I caught up with the rare treatment.

Finally, hundreds of video clips were shot, tens of thousands of photos of activities in recent years were screened, and hundreds of representative photos were selected. The materials are all ready, just waiting for the post-production to start.

There was a fatal blow like Waterloo in the middle, and the video taken by the camera was damaged. We should shoot it again sometime. The excitement of the day is gone, and my mood is instantly depressed to the extreme. What is broken is hard work, hard work!

Some people beat about the bush and accuse some people. My point is that we can't take the mistakes caused by objective reasons on ourselves. The big deal is to reorganize troops and equipment and start over.

Having said that, I would like to express my deep gratitude to a patient comrade. Three days of treatment gave us a chance to do it again. Your repeated cooperation and generous optimism are also touching. I also promised you privately that I would send you samples after the job is done.

Many people think that the promotional film is very simple to make, that is, shoot a paragraph first and then add some subtitle special effects (I feel sorry for punk for a few seconds here). Even myself greatly underestimated the difficulty behind this.

First of all, in terms of material, a well-prepared large-scale activity is only shown in the video for a few seconds. We collected almost all the highlights that the unit can show in recent years, and only then did we fill in the video content reluctantly.

In the end, our finished product only took five minutes, including dozens of video clips and hundreds of photos, plus countless small details and special effects.

Shooting skills are more professional, such as layout, framing, filling light, setting the trajectory of characters, zooming in or out, connecting several scenes in an event, and how to edit out the tension you want.

It also uses aerial photography for vertical take-off and landing, high-altitude trailing shooting, and clouds to delay the landscape. Behind the seemingly just-right shooting effect is the accumulation of countless shooting experience behind photographer A Fei for many years, which is by no means a day's work.

Next is the highlight of the video, post-production.

As the core figure of the news station, A Fei's thinking is very clear. Under the premise of heavy news propaganda tasks and few personnel, there is no need to do everything yourself. A Fei has a strong ability to mobilize resources, and all the work that can be outsourced is given to local professionals.

This saves a lot of time and energy and can do more things. Basically, the processes of video shooting, audio recording and special effects production have been arranged without delay.

For example, as soon as our press release was completed, the recorded audio was sent out more than an hour later. We sorted out the materials we needed and got a general idea. The special effects teacher was invited to the office the next morning to start special effects production.

The efficiency and endurance of the local people are shocking. The special effects teacher sat in front of the computer for more than ten hours and didn't move much except eating and going to the toilet. In the interval of several milliseconds, special effects need to adjust various factors such as video, audio and pictures, and make painstaking fine-tuning to achieve the best visual effect.

Every step of the operation is extremely brain-consuming, physical-intensive and eye-consuming. The special effects teacher is crazy about operation all the time. Although I don't understand it, I feel very powerful.

After adding special effects, I cooperated with A Fei to complete the editing of video photos and other materials, check for leaks, fine-tune all night, and finally completed the first version of the promotional film.

Doing news propaganda is a hard work that consumes both body and mind. I often joke, "A Fei, you should pay more attention to yourself, so that your hope of living to 40 years old is great."

The intensity and rhythm of work in those days were intense, but the atmosphere was lively. During the busy interval, I will also chat and brag and find someone to fight the landlord. I was taken to the ditch by them and started playing Tik Tok. The weather is sultry, accompanied by Ah Fu's slightly lewd voice laughing, trying to hold the drone high as a fan to enjoy the cool.

Ah Fu, a pet of news station, a follower of punk. His presence is very important. Tired from work, I have to play with Taiwan Province's pets for a while before I can continue to work. He can broadcast news live on the same stage as a beautiful lady, not by her face value and talent, but by her small face.

As a small fan who has admired me for a long time, I will not be angry when I am black, but I think I look good when I am black. Ah Fu is similar to me to some extent. We are all hard-working people. (Be careful not to be serious)

Anyone who knows me knows that I always hate working overtime during breaks, except for temporary emergency tasks. Staying up late represents the inefficiency of work and the randomness of work arrangement. But I seldom take the initiative to work overtime and stay up late to finish it.

Due to the particularity of the environment, many colleagues feel that their work is meaningless and lacks initiative. I'm also troubled. What did my youth and blood get? When I look back on the past, I will be full of regret if my life for many years is just ordinary and dull.

The propaganda film of the unit is not only for the display of foreign units, but also for me to see how high the construction of the unit can reach in the video.

I used as many highlights as possible, just to make my career appear passionate in the video. Let colleagues in the unit and people outside the circle feel that our position is valuable and important, and let us truly agree with the work we have done.
