Can plants be planted under the climbing plant frame?

Plants can be planted under the vines, but they don't grow well because of poor lighting.

In our yard, we planted a grape against the wall to build a big shed. Every summer, grapes are covered with vines and many vines are planted.

There is a small garden under the grape trellis, full of chicken feet and short neck. Because of the shade of grapes, the flowers are smaller, but they are still beautiful.
