I. Basic conditions

3. Senior engineer, senior economist (senior title): After graduating from university, he has been engaged in the professional technical work for more than 10 years, obtained the qualification for intermediate positions, and has been engaged in intermediate positions for more than 5 years; After joining the work, I have obtained a bachelor's degree in this major or a similar major, engaged in this professional and technical work for more than 10 years, and obtained the qualification for intermediate positions for more than 5 years.
